# 23 I’m a bad person……

You are a beautiful person, and good to your inner most spirit; don’t ever let anyone make you feel you’re not.

In our environments, there are always those, who would want us to feel bad about ourselves, to bring us down to their level in the sewer, those who want to intimidate us, who want to turn people against us, stab us in the back, and so on.

It is unfortunate, that without counseling, many times these negative efforts work, and we turn what isn’t our thoughts against us, dumping on ourselves, for all we’re worth; In the environments of the world, it is easier to dump on yourself, then dump on others, for spiritual truth, and goodness, is the exception, rather than the rule.

This is a false assumption, for spiritual truth and goodness begins and is transformed to action in true state of mind and being, from within you. You act in the only way you can act to be true to yourself, and by being true to yourself, you are true in your interactions with all those outside of you.

Outside is the enemy of this peace and tranquility, for it is the harbor, the grounds, for all those who have lost contact with their inner selves, and try to live in their minds, and find it a lonely oasis, which fails time and time again.

Spirit means trusting your feelings, and acting in the only way you can act to be true to yourself.

It means respecting yourself and others, in your family, neighborhood, town, city, state, nation and planetary citizens, who are called terrans.

It is being self-responsible, when things go wrong, see how you made the decisions leading to, and leading away from the incident, which happened to you.

We feed our negative belief/picture we have ourselves, by bringing in every negative we can, we have negative thoughts, and that shows we are a bad person, we have bad dreams… we’re a bad person.

Nothing could be further from the truth; thoughts are not owned by us, they’re simply thoughts you’re having about something, etc;, they can be worked through; dreams are communication from your unconscious; they symbolize their communication, since they aren’t able to talk to you using vocal chords.

Gestalt Therapy, utilizes the psychological technique of role playing, and one of its tenets, given to us by Dr. Fritz Perls, is that everything in a dream is you, so you can work with them, to find out what they are symbolizing, representing by role playing.

Role playing is where you place two chairs facing each other, one is you, and the other is the character/the element you’re working with from your dream.

Before you begin- list all the characters/the elements in the dream, then go over and feel which are figure ( they stand out to you as important ); mark them, and these are the ones you will work with first.

Sit in the chair which is you, and ask- What do you have to say to me?

You, then get up and sit in the other chair, and become the element/character you have chosen to work with.

You continue, until you feel done with it, then you take the next character/element and do the same with it, till you have gone through all the figure elements/characters; you then go back to you character/element list, and look at it again, and see if there are any new figures, now. If they are, work with them, till you have gone through all of them, then go back to your list. If there are more work with them, and if there’s not, and their are characters/elements left, you role play with background, and when you’ve done this, you’re done with this dream.

The same holds true, for day dreams, though, daydreams can be creative processes, you work on in your mind, they can be still worked with, if you feel it would be beneficial to you.

Your mind, being , spirit picks up on symbols, faster, or as fast as it does if there is verbal exchange going on.

We call this Dream Symbology- for all things in any environment, can be seen as dreams, and characters/elements, within the scene, can be listed, and the figure elements/characters chosen are role played with, until there are no more, and then finish up with background, as the final character/element.

Remember in this technique everything in your dream, daydream, etc., is you, thus it has a direct meaning to you. Discover what you are trying to say to yourself. Happy Dreaming!

# 22 The Ghosts of the Past

Oh, I did this, I did that, I’m so ashamed, I’m so, blah, blah, blah, blah, and so on.

Everyone has done things they wished they hadn’t, and they hang onto them as if their old friends, and are not happy to have them go; they become the stick we beat ourselves up with.

You do not have to keep those old ghosts, you have the best way to get rid of them, the use of Microcosmic Force Blessings.

Yet, most refuse to forgive themselves, and yell and scream, to let everyone know how bad they’ve been.

Get over it!

If you’ve done something wrong, learn from it, make it right if you can, and if you can’t- fill it with Microcosmic Force Blessings, Microcosmic Blessings, Affirm Blessings and Microcosm Blessings of Microcosmic Blessings, already made up, or make up your own Microcosmic Force Blessings Super affirmations, or simply use the blessings to transform whatever bad you did.

If you need someone to absolve you of your past, then find a Dream Dancer, Self-Genesis Practitioner, who will transform them for you, then you have to allow the transformation to take place, if it doesn’t work;, you aren’t ready to be healthy and happy, you want to wallow in your misery.

# 21 Be who you are within you

We all need to go on a journey of self-discovery, exploring all fields, areas, of knowledge, to see where we feel comfortable. At the same time, we need to learn to know and listen to ourselves, so we meditate, we dream, we daydream, we create, we dance, we sing, we play music, we watch tv, we watch dvds, and know we are more that what we can ever know. We are whole/full within ourselves, and interact with the Micorocosmic Force wholes/fulls individually.

Each of us interact with Microcosmic Force wholes/fulls, in our own individual way, so no two interactions are ever the same. 

Dream Dancers/Self-Genesis Practitioners are individual, but can resolve into a network, and then out again. They walk a singular path, that is them, and no one else’s.

Dream Dancers practice self-authority, self-responsibility, high self-esteem, listening, reflecting, acting and doing, without thinking, they act in the only way they can to be true to themselves.

What about other people? They are given the respect to be able to walk their own paths, and to listen to their bodymind, and the environment, to make the right choices. 

Personal responsibility is the key to living a life that is beneficial for you, and all those around you, for they can see truth, if they wish, and can act in their own truth, and by doing so, learn by the light of your truth. 

We can learn from others, but only from those who act in the truth of their beings expressed through movement and doing.

# 20 Silly me, I forgot the Olympics start in Sochi today

Silly me, Friday is the day, the olympics starts in Soci, Russia; why should I care if the olympics started or not, I’m not going to watch all of them.

I have my reasons, and for a while, they were individual, but now I have created a protect-barrier around those I have decided to help along, in their presence in Soci, and in their mental health, and their drive to win in their individual competitions.

I put this protect-barrier, around all who are being protected by it, and individually I put a super, microcosmic force crystal white light globe of  moving energy, reflecting any attack on anyone in the barrier away from it to somewhere else.

I back this up by strengthing it and each with Microcosmic Force Blessings.

This is a positive action, if you want to join in protecting those, who need it, in Soci, and others who are in need of it, as well, feel free to create as many Microcosmic Force Blessings that you wish, for the protect-barrier and each individual protect-globe.

I do enough to match every particle in the Universe, atomic level, and quantum particles, feel free to do as many as you wish.

#19 Contact with the world and those who populate it

Carl Jung told us there were two types of people, introverts and extroverts, others define them as Type A or Type B, type a being the go getter, who can’t rest, but has to be doing something all the time.

Introverts, or type bs are laid back, and some have a hard time dealing with the world, preferring their own environment- they’ve created, for themselves, more than being in the world; they are outside looking in.

This can be good or bad- an example of it being negative is shyness, when a person is so into not being in the world, they literally shut down, when they have to talk to those outside of their environment, where they reside, in comfort, rather than fear, but this quickly gives away to wanting to be able to function in the world, rather than not functioning and feeling left out, and inadequate to deal with the world and its wonders.

Here we see, each of these are in fact a choice pattern to symbolize, where the person is at within themselves. They create their own world, and either love it, or deny their creation, and feel they are in a prison, etc.

Some create these environments to be free of pain, loneliness, crimes committed against them, and so on.

A key to helping to work through these are to remember what you are feeling now about the incident, isn’t the incident happening right now, but is your memory of it, so you created it, and you can work with it and resolve it by working aspect by aspect, with a memory, and not the incident itself.

Role playing is another good way of dealing with memory- which is seen as happening right now, even though it happened before where the person is now. Role playing, a Gestalt technique, uses two chairs, one is you, and the other is the element of the incident you want to work on, thereby, leaving out other aspects, until you’re ready to deal with them.

Don’t push yourself; love yourself, and know you will work through each aspect, when you’re ready, no one is pushing you, you do it to your own drumming. Remember you aren’t going through it now, but only the memory of it, thus you control the images, the emotions, and so on.

You are the Producer, Director and Writer- and as such you can alter, or work through all of it, till you can close the last scene and be free of the memory.

You are the creator of your life, and what happens in it, by how you view or work through problems, incidents, crimes, etc.. Memories are symbols of what happened, and symbols can be worked with, and let go of, as you see what it represents, and deal with the representation, as well.
