# 131 You aren’t what you own, or what you believe you need

We start losing our sense of being- inner discipline, ability to develop our sense of individuality, when we realize we aren’t self-supporting.

We need others, mother/father/food/drink, etc., and all of this must be gotten from Outside; if we want to live, then we must have plenty of all. Outside seems to be stronger, than our sense of individual action, for we need these Outside things, to be able to live, to grow, to be protected, and much more.

The more we have a sense of needing all this Outside stuff, and that we put our inner center, within these objects, we begin to see, to imagine, to know, we are dependent on Outside, and we start identifying success, and living, with what we own, what we want, and what we’re willing to do to get it.

Many, who work, see themselves, not divided from the work they do, so they see their ” usness ” , in everything Outside. We wouldn’t exist, if we didn’t have a job, and levels of success, is dependent on what you have, and the level you reach in the organization you work for.

If we lose our job, and aren’t able to get another one, we start attacking ourselves, as being unworthy, because we can’t get new work; the more time it is before we get new work, the deeper we feel distress, at now being nothing, rather than self-identifying, of what work we do, which tells everyone, who we are.

The above, is also, a dangerous, way of thinking; when the worker/boss retires, it isn’t unusual, for the former worker, to die, within a year or more, not being able to separate him/her self, from what theyve done, and now, they have no identity, for they aren’t working, they are retired, and thus have no sense of self, no sense of being someone, because they have no Outside work, to show others and oneself, who and what we are.

This ” lossness “, of knowing who you are, because of what you do or did, what you own, or what you can be generous about, giving things away; this loss of being able to do, gives to many, a very deep sense of loss, of not being worth anything, and they literally will themselves to die.

You are not what you own, what you do, or how much an expert you are in accumulating things; you know your worth, by what you do, and what you own, if these things  are worth a lot, then so are you, if not, then you’re not worthy, either.

You are not what you do, what you own, etc.; you are who you are within yourself, and your worthiness, isn’t by the above, but how you feel and act within, choosing to act in the only way you can to be true to yourself.

Your self-worth, is by how much you love yourself, positively, how you choose what you do with your daily experiences, but all of these are what you do, not what you are. You are who you choose to be, in dealing with Outside, you choose what you do, the open way you present yourself, and how you interact with your family, others, and appreciating yourself, and allowing that self-love and happiness show in everything you do.

You are priceless, for you love yourself, you choose what you do or do not do, and who you choose to hang with, and by how you help others, who again you choose to help.

Be yourself; don’t worry; be happy! Live your life to your beat, and not anyone’s else’s.

# 130 You discipline your emotions!

Emotions, like to rule the roost, and if you give into them, they will run with this power, making you a goat of your own emotions.

Discipline is needed to work with these control freaks, you must learn how to : 1. recognized what is causing you to be upset, etc., thus knowing what you have to work through, 2. allow the emotion to come into your bodymind, so you can work with it, through role playing, or working with it or they, so you can see what’s causing the problem, 3. emotions make you feel alive, and thus you takeover bringing these emotions out, whenever you feel a need to have pleasure or pain in your bodymind, so you feel something, anything, 4. own your emotions, know they are symbolic of something going on within you, 5. role play with this emotions or emotions, not as something akin to an invading force, but as a way you see what you’re going through, what’s needed to work through it, and to transform it into a understanding of what this or these emotion(s) are showing you, and others, where you’re at, and how you’re feeling, or think its what you’re feeling, but many times we repress the truth of what this emotion(s) is saying about where we are within ourselves, and how we’re going to relate to others around us, 6. by working through our emotions, we learn how to discipline ourselves, to recognize what we’re feeling, and acting in the only way we can act to be true to ourselves, 7. we can help others see what their emotion or emotions are expressing about where they’re at, and you can help them help themselves, discovering what the emotions are expressing of you symbolically.

Healthiness is working with your emotions, learning how to simmer them down, through working through what they are symbolizing, or role-playing, with the emotion, to find the reason you’re showing the emotion you’re expressing.

Be happy, work through those emotions, who are showing the upsetness of something within you. Don’t be afraid, work through them, and learn how to do it sincerely, and by doing this you can be a symbol of how to discipline yourself and your emotions.

# 5 Halos

Everyday interactions are symbolic Dream Symbols, or, are, here and now- true action, so what is being seen is truth; truth stands out, from everything else, and no other action, needs to be seen.

This is the encapsulation of the mundane levels, and actions, through scenarios, interactive movements and sounds, which are dream elements, and can be worked with, to find out what each element means to you, or to someone else, who you know, and can tell.

However, just because you see the interactive scenario, doesn’t mean you have to share it with the person it is done for, for that person may not be in the space to hear, understand, or see what’s being given him or her, thus would cause more distress, at this time, than help and/or healing.

We, now, look at the spiritual worlds, actions, interactions, when you’re in a spiritual mode, interacting with you, in a spiritual frame of dream symbols scenarios. What this means- you’re in your higher consciousness state; meaning you’re a high energy source, for those, who are in need, who are doing a service, for you, by entering the environment around your here and now dream environment. It’s within your spiritual scenario, but this energy, halo energy, brings in those elements/symbols, which are needed, to have you work with it, and at the same time, your scenario, is a dream/symbol for those actions, people, etc., you bring in to be a reflection of what is happening within your spiritual, interactive scenario.

Each and everyone of these interactive/spiritual/life energy broadcasting, work in a multitude of levels, and is different, for each in those different levels. Each scenario symbolizes different consciousness awareness,working through the symbol or symbols, from each participant point of view, of the scenario you are spiritually creating, on your consciousness spiritual, interactive scenario.

So, be aware, all dream symbology interactions and environments, can be much more than just for you, but something, for everything involved, or those, who are watching the scenario carried out, or is seen by their unconscious and subconscious, and influences the element, which doesn’t even know they’re in a spiritual, active, truth or element of source, which has direct meaning, for them, and you.
